Every panel is checked under daylight-balanced LED and measured for paint depth, so nothing gets polished that shouldn’t.

It depends on the package and the size of the car: from an hour for an Exterior Wash on a sedan to most of a day for Ceramic Coating on a van. You see the exact time in the bay before you confirm, and the car is ready to collect at the end of it.
Sedan covers sedans, coupés and hatchbacks. SUV covers crossovers, SUVs and pickups. Van covers minivans, vans and XL SUVs. Bigger vehicles take longer and use more product, so price and time scale with the class.
No. The booking system assigns the right bay automatically: polishing and coating go to our dust-controlled paint bays, and high-roof vehicles go to Bay 3. If a bay is free at the time you pick, it’s yours.
Polishing removes a microscopic layer of clear coat to take out swirls and haze. It’s what makes paint look deep again. A ceramic coating is a hard, glossy layer that bonds on top and keeps that finish protected and easy to wash for years. Every coating starts with a polish.
For washes and interiors under two hours, yes: the lounge has coffee and Wi-Fi. For longer packages we recommend dropping the car off. We’re ten minutes from downtown.
Yes. We use matte-safe products and never polish matte or wrapped panels. Mention it in the booking notes so the right products are ready.
Rescheduling and cancelling are free up to 24 hours before your slot.
At pickup, once you’ve seen the car. We take all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices on this page include everything listed in the package.
